Description

Come join us for an amazing feast of Brazilian flavors at the Ivy Tech Culinary and Conference Center! Get ready to indulge in the most delicious feijoada you've ever tasted in Indiana.

Bring your appetite and enjoy a day filled with mouthwatering dishes, vibrant music, and a lively atmosphere. Whether you're a foodie or simply looking for a fun time, this event is perfect for everyone.

Our talented chefs will be preparing the traditional Brazilian black bean stew, accompanied by an array of scrumptious side dishes. Don't miss out on the chance to savor this iconic Brazilian dish!

Feijoada is a traditional dish from Brazil that is typically served on Saturdays and holidays. It is a hearty stew made with black beans, pork, and beef. The dish is slow-cooked for several hours, which gives it a rich, savory flavor.

In addition to the feijoada, beer and caipirinha will also be available for purchase at the event. Caipirinha is a traditional Brazilian cocktail made with cachaça, lime, and sugar. It is a refreshing and delicious drink that pairs well with the hearty flavors of the feijoada.

Join us at the Ivy Tech Culinary and Conference Center and experience the flavors of Brazil like never before. This is an event you won't want to miss!
