To be clear, I was a member of Partners in Arkansas, partnered with Bolivia Santa Cruz. I was in the UArk chapter and traveled to the convention in Santa Cruz as well as going there for a conference or project. This was quite long ago. I retire to Mexico in January 2017 and miss the activities of Parnters. So I want to join in Mexico and work with the US counterpart.
