With our membership licenses, you can extend the privileges of membership to select individuals within your organization or institution. Here's everything you need to know about this invaluable feature: Three (3) Additional Membership Licenses: Alongside your general master account, your organizational or higher education institutional membership grants you three additional membership licenses. These licenses empower you to designate specific individuals—whether they be staff, faculty, or members—as beneficiaries of full membership privileges. Flexibility in Assignment: As the master account holder, you have the authority to assign these three membership licenses as you see fit. Whether it's your core team, key stakeholders, or esteemed members, you have the autonomy to distribute these licenses strategically. Full Membership Benefits: Recipients of these membership licenses are entitled to all the individual membership benefits that Partners of the Americas offers. From accessing premium content to participating in exclusive events, they enjoy the complete array of privileges synonymous with membership. Integration with Master Account: It's important to note that these membership licenses are intricately linked to the master account. In the event that the master account's membership expires, the associated membership licenses also lapse. This ensures seamless management and accountability within your organization or institution. How to Assign Licenses:NOTE: This process is ONLY for assigning accounts to employees/staff who do NOT already have a Partners of the Americas PartnersConnect account and profile. If your employee does already have an account and profile with us, please send a message to membership@partners.net with your employees' names and email addresses. A member of our team will be happy to connect the accounts on your behalf. We've streamlined the process of assigning membership licenses to ensure utmost convenience. Below, we've provided a step-by-step guide to facilitate seamless license allocation: Step 1: Log in to your master account dashboard and navigate to the "Membership Licenses" section.
Step 2: There are two options to assign a membership license. OPTION 1: Copy and send a direct link. The recipient will use think link to create an account/profile.
OPTION 2: Send an automatic message with instructions after entering recipient email addresses and clicking "Send Invite".
