Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Requests:

• Submit cancellation requests in writing via email to partnersevents@partners.net.

Refund Eligibility:

• Requests received 30+ days before the conference: Full refund.
• Requests received between 15 and 29 days before the conference: 50% refund.
• Requests received less than 15 days before the conference: No refund.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Allow 30 days for processing.

Changes/Cancellation by Organizer:

• In case of organizer-initiated changes or cancellation, participants will be promptly notified.
• Options: Full refund or transfer registration to rescheduled event.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

• Failure to attend without cancellation notice.
• Partial attendance or early departure.
• Costs incurred for travel/accommodation.

Photo and Video Consent Policy

By attending the 2023 What Works Conference, you grant permission to the conference organizers to capture and use your likeness in photographs, videos, and other media recordings taken during the event. These visuals may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes, including but not limited to:

• Conference Documentation: Photos and videos may be used in conference reports, newsletters, websites, and social media platforms.
• Marketing and Promotional Materials: Visuals may be included in future marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, or advertisements related to the conference.
• Educational and Informational Purposes: Photos and videos may be used for educational or informational purposes, including presentations, training materials, or publications.

Discount Codes

Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations. Limit one (1) discount code per registration.

Payment

Payment in full is required to process online registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. If you need to pay by wire transfers or check, please email us for a paper registration form at partnersevents@partners.net.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from Partners Events and PartnersConnect, (please add ‘partnersevents@partners.net’ and 'partnersconnect@partners.net' to your safe senders list). If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact the Member Services Team: partnersevents@partners.net.

Accessibility

It is Partners of the Americas’ goal to hold meetings, conferences, and other events where barriers of any kind do not exclude people from attending or participating.
