Getting to Panamá

There are several convenient ways to arrive in Panamá City:

  • Air:

    Please before you purchase flights, verify prices with other aircrafts and choose what best suits for you. 

    • Panama Pacifico International Airport (BLB) this airport takes Wingo flights from Colombia, it's located in Panama Oeste in the city of Arraijan. No public transportation available from this airport to downtown.
    • Tocumen International Airport (PTY), one of the busiest airports in Central America. It offers direct flights from major cities across the Americas and Europe, making it a convenient gateway to the region. Metro available from this airport to downtown on subway schedule.
  • Bus: Domestic and international bus services connect Panamá City with other parts of Panama and neighboring countries. The Albrook Bus Terminal is the main hub for long-distance travel.

  • Car: If you're traveling by road, Panamá City is accessible via the Pan-American Highway. Be aware of traffic congestion during peak hours, especially in central areas. Double check documentation when entering the country with a car.

Accommodations inside City of Knowledge 

City of Knowledge campus with 120-hectare counts with a Dormitory Complex that is the first building in Panama to be certified LEED®️ Platinum and the fourth in Latin America. This project features a bioclimatic and sustainable design, exemplifying the concept of sustainable development in economic, social, and environmental terms.

The dormitories were designed with solar orientation in mind, and their shape fosters adequate natural ventilation. Permeable concrete was used for flooring, the upper roof slab is made of a highly refractory material, and it features solar panels for water heating, low-consumption faucets and toilets, efficient air conditioning systems, natural lighting, and low-consumption lighting.
 
It incorporates materials with a high content of recycled raw materials or those from renewable sources.The complex has well equipped shared kitchen, laundry room, study rooms and coffee shops
