Group Registration Pricing & Policy

To encourage collaboration and participation from organizations and groups, Partners of the Americas is pleased to offer group discount pricing for the 2025 What Works Conference. The policy ensures equitable access and supports team learning experiences.

Group Discount Details
Discounts apply to the regular premium individual registration fee only.

  • Eligibility: Groups of 3 or more individuals from the same organization, Chapter, or institution, including Peruvian Nationals, registering at the same time.
  • Discount Rates:
    • 3–5 attendees: 10% off the standard registration fee per attendee.
    • 6–9 attendees: 15% off the standard registration fee per attendee.
    • 10 or more attendees: 20% off the standard registration fee per attendee.
  • Early Bird Bonus: Groups registering before the Early Bird registration period ends (January 7, 2025) will receive an additional 5% discount on top of the total group rate.

Illustrative Example: Company A would like group registration for 3 employees before early bird ends.

Regular Registration Fee Before Discount per Attendee $325

Group Discount (10%) (-$32.50)

Discounted Fee per Attendee $292.50

Total for 3 Attendees $877.50

Early Bird Bonus (5%) (-$43.88)

Total Group Registration Fee $833.63

 

Registration Process

  1. Group Coordinator: Designate one individual as the group coordinator to manage the registration process and submit payment.
  2. Submission of Group List: The coordinator must submit a completed Group Registration Form, including:
    • Full names of all attendees.
    • Their email addresses.
    • Any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs.
  3. Single Payment Requirement: Group registrations must be paid in a single transaction to qualify for the discount.
  4. Deadline: Group registration closes two weeks before the conference start date. No group discounts will be applied to registrations after this date.

Payment Options

  • Online payment via digital invoice.
  • Wire transfer or check for groups requiring invoicing. Payment must be received by the group registration deadline to secure the discount.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • All individuals must be current Partners of the Americas premium individual members at the time of registration.
  • Discounts apply to the regular registration fee only.
  • If a group falls below the minimum size (e.g., due to cancellations), the remaining attendees will be billed the difference between the group discount and the standard rate.
  • Substitutions are permitted up to two weeks before the conference (with no additional cost to the group, as long as its requested before the deadline). Please notify the conference team in writing at PartnersEvents@partners.net.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, except the Early Bird Bonus.
  • Refund Policy applies.
